THE PERCY STREET STORY


Percy Street Barbecue opened in 2009, bringing a little bit of Texas Hill Country to the City of Brotherly Love. Along the way, Chef/Owner Erin O'Shea, one of the country's most accomplished female pit masters, has made Percy Street a Philadelphia barbecue destination, serving dry-rubbed smoked meats alongside her Southern-inspired fare.

We smoke our meats (including our signature Creekstone Farms brisket) over local red oak and serve them with classic barbecue sides. The menu also includes Southern staples like macaroni and cheese, buttermilk biscuits and pecan pie.

With its open, laid-back dining room and a menu with something for everyone, Percy Street is a great family destination. And with an extensive American whiskey selection, as well as the country's largest collection of craft canned beer, it's the perfect place to drop a quarter in the vintage jukebox and kick back with friends.
